Intupower Sponsors Female Empowerment Group, Women in Engineering
Advocating female success by teaming up with the influential group, Women in Engineering
Intupower has been promoting female empowerment since its dawn, and CEO, Misty Bright, has spoken on the topic many times, including at Microsoft. Women in Engineering is an organization run by a group of female engineers in Silicon Valley, and their opening event was organized by Apple consultant, Pinki Sinha. Over 500 people came to the event in Mountain View on September 15th uniting against the gender disparity in engineering and technology.
The event’s purpose was to gather up a following for Women in Engineering. Around 500 people attended the event, and it was full of cheer and unity! Intupower provided funds that helped purchase food, decorations, and raffle prizes for the event. The company’s presence was much appreciated by all in attendance.
At the event, Intupower presented on how they’re reforming business training, and how their training uses a fun educational approach. The audience was amazed at how Intupower’s training consisted of simple yet effective learning methods, and that they were giving out Misty’s upcoming e-book, Why Women and Technology Need Each Other, for free to attendants. Head organizer Pinki Sinha had this to say, “We appreciated Intupower’s sponsorship and what they are doing for the world. We are grateful for how much they’ve helped us.”
